This toothbrush worked great for the first few months, but now it has essentially stopped working. I've only had it for 6 months, and it's crazy to think of the handle only lasting that long. I used the manual and the online support to troubleshoot the handle, which now vibrates poorly as if the pressure sensor is being triggered, to no avail. I used the method of resetting the pressure sensor which didn't work, and according to the online guide the handle needs to be replaced. I am going to try to send this back on warranty and hope its replacement fares better.
