Second review after 3 months is one star: The tank has begun leaking, not out of any of its orifices but where the tank itself is sealed. Per the warranty, I will not have to return it using my money to ship it and I will have to have my plumber reinstall it, again at MY expense. They'd better not charge me the cost of sending it or a replacement back to me. First review after 2 days was 5 stars: I don't know why anyone would need a 4-gallon tank. This one at 2.5 works great. The dishwasher needs only 1.9 gallons. My plumber added a two-way valve (not included) out the top so that it could supply my hot water faucet and the dishwasher. Very pleased with it. So nice to have instant hot water instead of wasting water down the drain until it gets hot.
