This dryer was fine while it lasted. It was relatively quiet and did a nice job of drying hair without a great deal of heat. Unfortunately while drying my hair tonight, the dryer components inside the dryer disintegrated. That's right, right in the middle of drying everything inside broke apart and was clanging around. I have never seen such a thing in all my years. Sparks came out first followed by smoke as I was yanking the plug out of the outlet, followed by relief that none of the parts broke out and hit me in the face. I was also happy that it didn't burn down the house. This dryer was only used occasionally and had no mistreatment whatsoever. There was also no dust or hair buildup of any kind on the intake end of the dryer. It looks exactly like it did when it came out of the box. But, if you move it around you hear all the internals bouncing around. This was very disappointing.
