I am not very happy we bought our children these IPods. These specific Ipods won't let them upgrade past 6.0 which means they are useless because the newer apps won't download onto them. This was never mentioned and now I feel that we have wasted our money. I don't recommend buying this product. You will regret it. I bought the warranty so I will see what the company says about returning them. This is ridiculous.
