I used to love these towels because they were so thick and excellent at picking up polish or wax residue. These were my go to towels. I recently placed an order and immediately noticed the new ones are thinner and not as plush. I put the two year old towels next to new towels to compare. The new towels have a less dense pile, not as plush, and fibers are about 1/4 shorter than the ones I bought two years ago. The gap in the pile is larger and it sheds like crazy. I wish I bought more of the old ones.
