Only consider these of you need really large supports under your foot.. The support area is too large and lifts the middle of your foot across the entire center. This got uncomfortable. Also, the arch is way too large for me! I wear size 10, and have flat feet. Without support my ankles and feet will be killing me after a few hours... This is considered their level 3 (out of 5) support. When i first put it on, i thought the arch was a little large. Both height and width. The front to back support felt good. It definitely felt like my weight was being supported my the arch of my feet which is bad. I thought maybe i just need to get use to it or perhaps it breaks in. So i wore them for a full day of work moving around with occasional desk sitting. Well i won't be testing of it actually brakes in.. after a full day, i can't stand them any more. They actually hurt even while sitting! It presses against the arch of your foot way too much. I even tried loosening my shoe for relief. Im not faulting them for having a abnormally large size. Buying the wrong size shoe isn't the fault of a company. Unless they send you the wrong size.. Here's the disgusting part of the ordeal, THIS ITEM IS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS!!!! Buyers beware! If you like the product and you need a ton of support i have no doubts they will work for you. They look and feel well made. But if you find them uncomfortable, your screwed! Luckily i contacted Amazon and they're refunding me my money on the item. Of you are having any issues I suggest you do so as well! On a side note, i also got the samurai insoles, they are much more comfortable! Slightly less support and had support in the right places.
