Be very careful when trying to buy this product. The truth is - despite TV ads running 100 times a day - Bell & Howell has NO INVENTORY OF THIS PRODUCT IN STOCK. So, if you place an order, kiss your money goodbye. They will keep you hanging for weeks, longer, with promises that they should receive inventory soon, maybe it will be enough to cover your order, they can't tell you exactly when they will ever be able to ship the product, blah, blah, blah....But, good luck getting any real answers from Bell & Howell. It would be GREAT if Bell & Howell would invest some of their apparently massive budget on advertising on product manufacturer and actually be able to fill customer's orders. This whole situation is starting to seem like one big scam!
