I would not recommend Big design internal flaw
I would not recommend this product it’s a $$$ paperweight. Bought this in October 2020 and after the first cartridge change the printer will not recognize the cartridge. I sent pictures to customer service but they said sorry they could not help me because it’s after the 90 days. Even though one of their support members said it was a known problem. See the pictures I have inclosed on the review the third spring is no longer making contact with the cartridge. Move along this is not the printer you’re looking for.
