They look great, are light weight, and appear sturdy. But I just couldn't use them. We adjusted the bindings indoors, so we thought we were good to go. But we walked about 10 minutes in 12 degree weather (wind chill minus something) to the path we intended to take. Discovered the plastic ankle strap became inflexible in the cold, so we could not tighten and connect the ankle binding. Other snowshoes come with rubberized bindings which are much more pliable in the cold, and therefore easier to use.
