Starting using the product and I've noticed that it doesn't allow water to penetrate at all. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but I don't know how I could be as I've tried putting water on both sides and the water just sits there. The material feels like a plastic tarp which I was sceptical about but the reviews were all so great and said that water will pass through. I have a Video and a few pictures to post of the water sitting on the surface. I would like to look into how I could return the product or get an explanation as to what is wrong.
