The one star is not for Nac but for the other ingredients they put in this. I've taken NAC for years from other brands that only contained nac with zero problems. I even took them on an empty stomach. But, the first time I took 2 pills from now foods nac, I vomited and was sick for days. I thought that it was something I ate. I took it again a few weeks later but only 1 pill on a full stomach. I felt dizzy and nauseated. Not as sick as before but this product definitely makes me sick and I believe it's either the selenium or the molybdenum. I suggest using a product that only contains nac if you have a very sensitive stomach.
