After only having this for 4 days, it's already rebooting randomly and getting stuck on the blue Kids screen. The only way to get out of this is holding the power button forcing it to restart. I've even done a factory reset. Amazon is sending a replacement which will take another 4 days even with a Prime membership. This is unacceptable and I'm totally disappointed and disgusted. I've had the same issue with the kids 7 and I'm waiting on that replacement also. So 2 kids are highly disappointed at their malfunctioning tablets.
