Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This kindle fire HDX has not held a charge since it arrived early December. Finally had a chance to contact Amazon and I was told a replacement would be shipped. Not that a REFURBISHED unit would replace my brand NEW unit that I paid $330 for. They tried to sneak it by but I saw the R on the invoice and the sticker on the package. Now I am being told there are no new units to ship me but a REFURBISHED is as good as new. Only an idiot would pay full price for a REFURBISHED item and I am not an idiot. Now the only question left is does the Better Business Bureau act on internet purchases? I'm about to find out.
