They did NOT send the right product. Snuck a older model in new box
I ordered the Q5 because it said 1G RAM (operation memory) and 8G ROM. The snuck an older model in the new box (like I wouldn’t notice) which I could overlook if the specs were the same but as you can see the Q3E has way less space 0.5G RAM and 6G ROM approx. oh and there is no FM radio or Web browser on the old model I received so yeah not worth the cost because of the deception
