Bunch of liars with cheap components.
Had the computer for 45 days and not sure why but after gaming for 2 hours there was a burning smell so I shut it off. Then when I tried to turn it back on it wouldn't turn back on and I called tech support for Cyberpower and it was the worst service ever. On the site, it said I have a 1 year warranty and it broke just 45 days in. Because there wasn't any! When they denied that the PC was defective and I asked the claim to be escalated to a manager and they said they were the managers and I can't talk to anyone else. I hung up and called again and the receptionist directed me to that same guy again. I went to google to research this company and guess what, I wasn't the only one that had this type of problem. You can go ahead and go on google and youtube and do your research. Right after when your initial return period is gone, that's when hell will start if you get defective units.
For a local company to be this bad, I should've done my research before buying from it. Now I'm stuck with JUNK when I paid $1800.
