I have had this chair for 6 months and liked it ok. It's wide and roomy, and the back support is nice. I must admit my hips ache when I sit in it for about an hour without standing; there's a ridge in the seat that sits right along your "crack" and I think that's the main source of discomfort. I was hoping I would adjust to it, but no. Anyway, 5 months into owning the chair one of the armrests won't stay at level - the merest pressure and it drops. Weirdly, I never adjust the armrests ever - just set them when I first got the chair, so it's not like I've been killing the latch position. In contacting the seller for manufacturer's information, I was informed the seller IS the manufacturer of record and there are no additional warranties beyond the initial 30-day return window. Additionally, there are no replacement parts available. At $150 I wish I would have examined the fine print before purchasing. Buyer Beware!
