I was really excited to see a full to the floor tree at such a reasonable price. I couldn't wait for it to be delivered. On the positive side, I ordered it on Saturday night and it was delivered Tuesday morning. This is the only positive thing! It's very sparse and no amount of fluffing is going to fill in the gaps. I understand that to have a genuinely full tree you're going to have to spend a pretty penny but this was just ridiculous. I have no time to return for a refund because I need it for a special event. I'm completely disappointed.
