I always have problems with buckles digging into my beer belly so thought beltBro was the answer. I liked the idea but unfortunately BeltBro isn't for my body type. For one, I couldn't get them tight enough to keep my pants up. I still had to hoist up my pants all the time. Secondly, they still dug into my gut on the sides and was uncomfortable. I tried them on one side and both sides. The adds always show guys that are slim and they work fine for them. Those of us who have that outward expansion, not so much. I am returning BeltBro for a refund.
