I should've listened to the negative reviews but thought I would give this product a chance because of the no shock vibrate feature but Oh, was I WRONG. I set up the collar and at first, the collar worked as it should when he barked at other dogs. But when we got back from a day trip I heard it beep and go off on my pet, He had not barked and was just walking back into the house. I thought it was the tags on his collar that set it off so I adjusted his collar and went about our day. I caught it go off on him twice more still thinking it was the same issue...Both times he was quiet. The final instance that immediately turned me off this product was when we were in the car, I happened to make a loud noise and I heard it go off on him. He was shaken and I immediately pulled over and took it off of him. I had laid it on the car floor and as I was driving with my music on I just kept hearing it go off THROUGHOUT the 1-hour trip. I have never been so upset against an amazon order product like this, it endangers my dog and I will NEVER trust of of this companies product EVER again!!!
