I purchased the 6x10 rug for our outdoor patio area thinking it would be a nice area rug and I liked the idea that it was presented as being like artificial turf. When we received it, it was very thin. I mean extremely thin. Thin enough that we received it in a box, folded multiple times into a relatively small square. I guess I was thinking it would be sent like a rolled up carpet. We unfolded the rug and put it outside on our patio to see how it would look. The rug was bright green and didn't have the look of your average artificial turf. And because the rug was extremely thin, we were not confident that it would hold up in an outdoor patio setting with the hot California sun. Also, there were so many deep creases in the rug due to it being folded up, that it would have taken a steam cleaner or something to get the folds out. We decided to return it. After two weeks of iCustomRug having received the rug, I had to contact the seller to remind them about the refund. They did respond right away that they would process the refund, minus the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I wasn't surprised about the return shipping fee, but a 20% restocking fee? This was news to me and I don't recall ever reading that I was subject to a 20% restocking fee when I purchased the rug, but I didn't argue as it was worth it just to send it back. My final thought is to just be aware that if you buy this rug and you don't like it, you will be charged quite a bit just to return it.
