Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am so dissapointed in the ending of this book. Had the author actual ended the book that is! This book could have easily been a five star's! As the ending is now it just is too disappointing to be anything higher!(hence the onestar rating.) Obviously, the other reviewers where either the author's friends, or fellow writers that did not want to hurt the author's feelings! No other way I can justify there rave reviews! I feel compellled to say buyer beware. Because, unless you are the type who would be happy with chopping off the last 15 minutes of a movie (that is the only way I can explain it) this book just isn't worth your money! Please, Callie write an ending or let us consumer's know up front that this is a series. (if that is in fact what this is) I really wish I had bought a different book with my hard earned money! Spoiler alert, more a frustrated vent to the author! Because how can you end a book with a mother in bed with a gun shot wound, (does she live or die? Does she have their baby?) Not to mention a step sister is killed (after she sorta shoting said mother) then add dead daughter's dad is on his honeymoon. (We never know how he takes the news that's his daughter almost killed someone, and also admitted to poisoining someone to death) oh and have the absolute last sentence as dad bro just threw up..... SERIOUSLY? Some many loose endings and I appoligize for my ranting to the author but I stayed up until 2 am to finish the book only to be so upset with the ending I feel I must attempt to express my displeasure! (And since I am not a writter finding the words isn't easy!)
