This product stinks. When i first got it the buttons to dispense water (all three) pushed extremely hard. I kept it thinking it would get better and that the cause was due to it needing a break in period. Uhmmm. NO. The buttons never worked right and now the machine will not dispence water at all. The motor runs but it will not draw the water up into the unit for me to dispense. So now i have a $149.00 piece if junk sitting in my kitchen. I wanted to give no stars but you know the deal with that. What a waste.
