USELESS Design - Save Your Money
The MAJOR problem with this nice looking and sturdy support is that the pivoting legs of the support are USELESS. The rubber feet, which are supposed to angle back to the outside wall do nothing more than hang in the wind. The premises is that you get the main supports level and then, angle the lower support arms with the rubber feet towards the outside wall and tighten them down. THE PROBLEM, if you watch STEP 3 in the sales video you will learn that you can tighten the bolts which attach these two pieces together as much as you want, even warping the "short bend sides," and the vertical angled support legs WILL NOT stay at the desired angle. What is missing is a short "locking bar" to hold the angled support in place once you position the rubber feet against the outside wall. Quality construction, but poorly design in its practical application.
