For the longest time I had heard that Philips Hue was the system to get. That no other brand could stand up to their standard. I bought a LiFX bulb a few weeks ago and fell in love with color smart bulbs. I wanted to get more of them because just one bulb made my room look colorful and vibrant. After saving up some money I bought a starter set and was greatly disappointed. The greens were yellow and blues were purple. It was very hard to pick the colors I wanted. When I tried to change colors based on pictures I took the app would crash. It was also very slow to start up. I returned my bulbs and got a few more LiFX. The difference was pretty clear. The green light is LiFX. Yellow light is Hue. Both are set to green. Only one can actually perform.
