Horrible customer service with this machine. We purchased a machine and after a year of working a drive motor went out. We paid to have it fixed but instead they shipped a refurbished replacement machine that still hasn't worked since the day we received it after a month of going back and forth with FormLabs. They have refused to replace the machine and instead have had us running through this test or that test costing us hours and hours in man hours. They want you to fix their broken machine that you paid them to fix
