I used these headphones three times before the cord frayed and the wires in it broke apart. I contacted JayBird directly and they refused to replace the headphones (I had already missed the Amazon seller's 30 day deadline). JayBird said the damage was not covered under the warranty and offered me a discount on a new pair. I declined the offer because this damage should never have happened in the first place and I wouldn't trust a second pair!
