Absolute SCAM! I paid $188.95 for a NewSoul, that worked for the first night then went dead. They had poor customer service (the 12 hour reply thing is bull, it took 5 days), and I need a monitor, so I did more research and went with the UPerfect. It cost more at $339.99, but I figured it would be worth it. So, imagine my surprise when the UPerfect comes, and it is an EXACT match to the NewSoul? In the photos, NewSoul is circled in blue, UPerfect is circled in red. I opened up the packaging, and EVERYTHING IS THE SAME! Product, cables, packaging, even the warranty card are all the same!! The only difference was the instruction manual had blue highlights for the UPerfect, and NewSoul had grey highlights. And of course, the support emails in the instruction manuals differed in just the first bit of the address before the @szdskj.ltd. I was charged an extra $151.04 for the exact same crappy product. A product that, much like the NewSoul, DOES NOT EVEN WORK! It stops connecting after the first few hours of use, despite the cables working fine with other devices. This is an absolute waste of money and a SCAM!
