Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

My dog has been enjoying Ziwi for a while and we originally purchased the product from our local Helthy Spot store. Since the lockdown we started ordering it on Amazon and pretty much overnight our dog started getting very sick. Gelatinous, bloody and sometimes black stools, in addition to vomiting, loss of appetite and lethargy. After months of him going back & forth between him feeling kind of better and having a little bit to eat...(we cut out EVERYTHING else he was eating. No treats, nothing) we realized perhaps there's something wrong with this food. So mu husbnad checked out all of the 1 star reviews on the product, and low & behold there are countless others reporting the same issue!!!!! EXACTLY the same. That they too started experiencing issues ONLY when this food was purchased on Amazon. I love Amazon, the prices, the convenience, the free 2 day shipping...but there is something wrong with how they're storing their supplies, perhaps heat is getting into the storage facility and spoiling all of the food. This needs to STOP. Our dog almost died from the GI issues this rotten food caused. He would smell it right before putting in his mouth and either do an ugly face to indicate that he didn't want it, OR he'd put it in his mouth and spit it out. I hope Amazon will rectify this issue ASAP.
