I love the color and it's very soft and warm. I ordered a large and for the most part it fit me nicely. I think the arms are a little long and a little tight, but not a deal breaker. However, the zipper is plastic, and that's cheap. Mine locked up right out of the box. I'm returning it and getting a replacement that I hope will zip normally. Otherwise I'll return again and change to 1 star. Update: They sent me a USED jacket as a replacement. The zipper strip is warped, the fabric is stretched, and worst of all there were CRUMBS IN THE POCKET. Absolutely appalling. Sadly it is apparent they send returns back into circulation without discretion. I feel bad who the next poor sap who gets my original return with the broken zipper, or this dirty jacket after I return it again. Very disappointed with Amazon on this.one.
