DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL KEEP YOUR PURCHASE!!** While the pool cleaner seemed to be decent quality it was unwieldy and awkward when I unboxed it. The tale of the Wanda the Whale cleaner was impossible to attach to the main portion of the cleaner as it kept popping out of the holes. While I was waiting for this item to arrive I purchased a small vacuum head and hose for a fraction of the cost and found it worked great for my needs. After I looked at the Hayward cleaner and determined it was more work than it was worth for me I boxed it back up and applied for a refund. Now that my "refund" has processed I'm finding the amount is only $90 of the $180 I spent on it! I saw nothing indicating they were not going to issue a full refund for their products or I would NOT have purchased anything from them in the first place! Do NOT purchase from this seller if you aren't a 100% certain you will keep what you ordered!
