I bought this product because of high recommendations. However, I didn’t even get to finish set up/trying them. As I was reading the user guide I came across the term master/slave in describing the control for right/left ear. I just consciously can’t keep this product. Now I’m going to assume this is a result of translation. The user guide is written in multiple languages, and even in the Spanish version it uses “maestro/esclavo” This is not acceptable. It is insensitive and tone death. The company needs to review its manual and figure it out.
