Here's how to get PIA on a Fire
This App does NOT work for the Fire. HOWEVER, you can still use your PIA account to setup a VPN on your Fire. It takes a little work, but at least you'll be able to use your paid-for VPN at the end of it. Follow these steps:
1) Download and install OpenVPN for Android (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BBVPKUW)
2) Open your internet browser on your Android device, and navigate to this website (note: even though it says iOS, it's also for Android manual setups): https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/pages/openvpn-ios
3) Choose a region and tap on it; it should begin downloading. (I chose US-Midwest)
4) Once downloaded, open the profile. OpenVPN should open it.
5) Enter your username and password.
6) Choose Save if you'd like it to remember your username/password for future convenience
7) Click Connect.
IF YOU GET AN ERROR HERE (I did) -
8) Tap on the Edit icon for your chosen profile
9) Tap on the "Advanced" tab
10) Deselect "Enable Custom Options" (I noticed that the listed Custom Options did not map to any settings in OpenVPN - I am not sure what they were for, but they seemed to just confuse OpenVPN)
11) Go back to the Profile page and tap the downloaded profile again - you should now be able to connect to the PIA VPN
