I purchased this item to put in my emergency preparedness kit as a last option for food and drink. The first thing I noticed is that there is no "easy to store bucket" as described. My assumption was that each meal was individually packaged, which is not the case. There is a single large package for each of the 5 meals (apple cinnamon cereal, brown sugar & maple multi-grain cereal, southwest beans & rice, chicken flavored noodle soup, and creamy pasta & veg rotini). Each package includes 4 servings and one would have to guess at just how much to use for each serving. I can imagine getting uneven distribution of the meal components (e.g., lots of beans in one serving and lots of rice in another). Similarly, the 14 servings of whey milk come all in one package and one would have to guess how much powder to use for a serving. Not all of the packages are labelled with preparation instructions, nor does the box have any, further adding to the guessing game. There is no "easy to store bucket" as described. Obviously in an emergency I would make do, but I'm disappointed that storing and using the product is not as straightforward as it could be.
