Not for short people (and be aware there are NO free returns!)
The product seems well-designed and well-engineered, but I just couldn't make it comfortable. I'm a short guy (5 foot, 6 inches) and even with the support frame compressed all the way, it was just too uncomfortable.
And, I discovered that the manufacturer does not offer free returns (unless you happen to live near a staffed Amazon Locker location). The $7 it'll cost me to return it won't break the bank, but it makes me wonder how customer-friendly the seller really is.
