This carpet cleaner worked the first time I used it immediately to do my living room. i turned it off and brought it upstairs to do a hallway and the unit started leaking the used water all over the floor and was spraying outward from the head. I am not sure if I just got a dud or what but I wouldn't recommend from my experience as a true amazon buyer no fake reviews from me
