I'm deeply saddened. I'm a dog groomer and I absolutely love how light weight this is. The curve of this handle fits so comfortably in your hand. I would make this my favorite cordless clipper if it wasn't for the fact that the mechanics inside the tool are less than par. I groom 6 dogs a day and this little beauty just cant handle it. I have an Andis 5 speed clipper for the full body jobs. My cordless is used for sani trims, pad shaving, small things, etc. This tool works fine for a few months but then all of a sudden when I go to shut it down it wont turn off. I have to set it on the window sill on a towel and let the battery drain. I tried 3 times returning and re-buying, hoping that maybe I just got a defective product. I really didn't want to admit defeat because this is the best clipper I've ever used, but in the end its just not strong enough for my job. Maybe it would work for just a home groom on 1 dog but its not built for salons. The company put more money in the look, but not the mechanics of the tool. Maybe if they fix the internal hardware Id buy it again in a heartbeat.
