It's a good idea, and the product itself appears decent. However, if you receive a defective bar, as I did, the company will lie to you and say that they're out of stock. They'll advise you to return it, and to make another purchase, since they've significantly increased the price on the bar. I simply wanted to receive a functioning bar, and the only solution they had was the following. 1. A partial refund on the damaged bar. (which wouldn't serve me any good.) 2. Return the damaged one, and then repurchase the bar from them, at the higher price. Not only is the bar low quality, so is the customer service. I would avoid them and look elsewhere for a resistance band bar.
