This tree is beautiful, however- I take great care of my Christmas items, especially ones of this price point. We used in for Christmas in 2015 for one month, when we set it up this year an entire strand had gone out- we tried all of the troubleshooting tips and the strand was tested showing it was not getting any power. It was dead, not just an individual bulb. When I called National Tree service their only offer was to send a new strand of lights, to lay over the dead ones. By the end of 2016 Christmas, half of the tree is out. Our previous pre-lit tree lasted for 10 years. This was a very expensive 'disposable' Christmas tree and I would not purchase this brand again. I assumed for the price, it would last. It did not. We will be throwing it out as it is just a sense of frustration at this point. Very unfortunate.
