I've used many of the phosphatidyl serine brands, and have found this one to be almost completely ineffective. I have HPA, hypothalmic-pituitary-adrenal axis dysfunction, and this is a required medication for me, not a supplement. I found these capsules are equivalent to taking water. I have found the Jarrow Formulas PS-100 (gold and blue label)gelcaps to be the most effective (5-star rating). It doesn't make sense because the ingredients read virtually the same, but perhaps the difference is in the absorption difference between capsules and gelcaps. Try them both before ordering multiple bottles. Be aware that the gelcaps are more prone to heat damage, such as in a car, in a pocket on a hot day, etc.
