1/27/17. Another star gone. product was great, except for the very poor pkging...... these are costly little guys.. and several were damaged. if they are bent you cannot use them.. 1/22/17 No luck with getting any response from Amazon on this poor pkging.. I did get a reply from the seller who says they don't Pack it, Amazon does.. Well be that as it may.. several capsules weren't usable at 70 plus cents a pop, that added up. I put pics up.. what else do you need? Another star knocked off. No issue really with the product, the capsules are very fragile, and when they arrived about 1/3 of them were dented, causing some issues with the pressure required by the machine to make good crema espresso. At about 70 cents a pop that gets a bit pricey. I have yet to receive an answer from amazon, the third party did contact me and encouraged me to contact amazon and include any pictures I took, which I did include, pictures of the smashed boxes, and dented capsules. Generally I have terrific luck with amazon, but time it seems to have fallen through the cracks a bit. Just know that on these capsules also to make sure the previous capsule has dropped into the bin, because if you pull the lever down and the capsule isn't seated correctly it will crush and be useless. LOVE the product. Not a fan of the condition it arrived in. A big box with the boxes bubble wrapped together obviously bouncing back and forth and getting damaged.
