My heated mattress pad worked fine for the first few months during the winter/spring of 2017. However, in the fall of 2017, when I went to use it again, it has completely stopped working. Customer service has informed me that I will have to pay to ship it to Mississippi where it will be repaired or replaced. Having to pay to ship a product that I bought and that stopped working within a year is pretty annoying. I'll probably never buy a Sunbeam product again - both because the one I bought failed so quickly, but also because their customer service sucks.
