UPDATE: Dead after One Year and 10 days
While I was originally VERY happy with this unit, it has (conveniently?) died at One Year and 10 days.
The internal controller has completely SMOKED, and the unit is now useless.
Amazon is *NO* help, directing me to the manufacturer; and Levoit is saying, "Sorry. It's been over 1 year. Buy another unit." Sorry, but at this price-point, I expect something other than engineered obsolescence.
At this juncture, I will NEVER purchase another Levoit Product.
They seem designed to fail, and no one cares.
