Ludicrous! This product needs to update its software --- wait for it --- on a PC computer before you can use it on an iOS 9.x mobile device! It costs more than $100 and this is the utterly lame prerequisite to using it. I'm attaching the error message that displays; image taken 11 October, 2015. There is a mandatory App in the Apple Store. Why can't the product update itself via its own App? I bought this to solve the problem of iPhone image storage — and it has created more problems. My iPhones and iPads are well into the iOS 9s. I have no PC. This is a Lightning Connector product. So I am absolutely stuck. Shame on SanDisk for such indifference to a large customer base.
