If you are buying this for the specific use of baking- DON'T. The amount of sticks and stems in this supposedly edible lavender is ridiculous!! TRUE edible lavender does not have sticks and stems throughout. I have bought lavender from other websites and have never had an issue. If possible I will be returning this product. I have posted a photo. The small pile on the side are of the stems I pulled out from just that small amount, and those were only the ones that were large enough to extract. There are many others that are too small. VERY disappointed!!
