When it was working for the first month, it was a good tool to have and worked well. Whenever we took Manny on walks, whoever stayed back at home followed the trail just in case he ran away. Then it stopped working. The tracker has a solid blue light and won't do anything. The troubleshooting guide says to contact customer service if this happens. I have done so several times and not received any response. Meanwhile, I already paid for a year subscription for the tracker! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - UNRESPONSIVE! If I could get in touch with anyone, I would ask for my money back!!
