I am giving this a low review so the manufacturers may pay attention to my words. Overall I think it's a very good product. I just got it today and I can tell already it helps. Now to the part I want them to listen to: constructing straps and velcro and buckles together correctly is definitely a challenge for me, with dog collars, anything that involves this kind of process. So I REALLY looked to the video for some help. I got 0 Zilch out of this mostly because of the optics. This thing comes in multiple colors, yet they used pure black for the video AND the guy had a black t shirt on, AND they use a crazy striped wall as a back drop. I couldn't see much of anything gong on, especially when he was showing things against the black backdrop of his shirt. Perhaps I don't have this neurotransmitter that makes these buckle-type do dads easy. It took me two hours to get it right though because I made the fatal mistake of taking off both ends of the longest strap. Manufacturers, do what you want. Just know that anyone who is looking to the video for visual assistance will NOT get it on this video. I think it's a very good product now that I think it's finally together correctly.
