As other reviewers have indicated, this Keurig only works sometimes. The switches seem defective, only working some of the time. If patient, after several attempts, it will brew coffee. The coffee is hot and good. I found that after attempting to get the BIG SILVER button to get the system operating in several attempts , it works well. Quality Control would catch this defect normally. Sampling every tenth unit should pick up this problem. However, the QC department is not catching this issue. There is No excuse for such sloppy work.
