I completely believe all of the positive reviews on here, but make sure you're researching possible side effects before purchasing for yourself. For me, I guess the dosage must have been too high/potent with 2 capsules/daily because I started feeling extremely dizzy and nauseated at random. It also severely messed with my menstrual cycle, causing it to start early and be much heavier than normal. These negative effects started after just a week of use, and I didn't figure it out until week 2. It took about exactly 2 weeks for the lightheadedness and confusion to completely subside.
