I don't often write reviews but this has been the worst experience overall. We bought this set directly from GreenPan and were very excited about it. However, as soon as we opened the box and started taking things out, the pans started getting scratched by literally everything that it touches. The packaging scratches it. The pans scratch each other. You can't store the pans with each other because they will scratch each other. GreenPan wants you to store the pans wrapped up in padding and hand wash the pans to avoid damage. One of the main reasons we chose this set was because it was labelled as dishwasher safe, so this defeats that whole purpose. We wanted a ceramic cookware set for a healthier cooking and eating experience, but we are not confident in the safety of cookware that sheds and scratches constantly. We haven't used them because they got scratched up just being taken out of the box, but I'd imagine that food and utensils will also scratch it up and I do not want the lining to shed into our food. Customer service has been abysmal. They sent automated responses to my first two emails. I sent a couple more emails and it's like we were being ghosted by GreenPan. When they eventually responded, it was scarcely more than an automated response and still did not address anything that we had said. The whole experience has been so terrible that my partner was convinced that it was a scam even though it is an established company. We are still waiting for GreenPan to remedy this issue and maybe one day they will actually listen to us and not send us a response that isn't automated or from an unrelated script. We are a community who really care about a healthy and non-toxic cooking experience and we will be spreading the word that GreenPan is not to be trusted so hopefully others will not have to go through the experience that we had.
