If there is an evaluation section of this company's business ethics, I would give zero. I tried Luminess Air, trial product with a stylus, thinking paying only less than $30 is worthwhile. Turned out this company was charging me over $200 on my credit card, so I called a customer service rep. and she said that the web site clearly states on further payment unless customer returns within a certain number of days, 30 days?? and she also said that the statement comes with a product, which I didn't keep,
What I received: customer gets charged ....... dollars and mine is $209. And she threatened me that a collection agency will be after me. I am well respected professional and my payment record has been excellent.
I am ready contact Better Business Bureau! Watch out for this company's unethical conduct.
